Our Fees
We pride ourselves on being one of the most affordable law firms in the St. Clair Shores and surrounding areas. We have avoided further expansion of the firm so that we can continue to provide quality representation for prices that people can afford.
We have different pricing structures for different types of cases. For family law matters we charge a flat hourly rate for services with an option of a flat fee for uncontested divorces. Criminal law cases, depending on the issue, will sometimes be a flat rate and sometimes hourly depending on the complexity of the issue.
For SSI, SSDI, and personal injury cases, often times we will take cases for a contingency fee, which means, that if we don’t win you money, you pay us nothing. Only if we bring your cases to a successful conclusion does the firm receive a fee.
Pricing
Initial Consultation
We offer free consultations for many cases. For example, we will always provide free consultations for family law, criminal law, and personal injury matters. Consultations usually last anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour. We will do our best to give you the most relevant information during the consultation so that you have a better understand of what you should expect moving forward.

Uncontested Divorce
For uncontested divorces, divorces in which the parties have come to a settlement on their own and just want somebody to take care of the court/legal part of it, we offer a flat fee. The only time that we would require more than the price listed below is if the divorce becomes contentious and the parties can no longer agree on the terms of their divorce. This price also includes all filing fees (the difference in price below for a divorce with minor children reflects the higher filing fee charged by the courts when a divorce involves minor children).
$1,750.00 flat for a divorce without minor children.
$2,000.00 flat for a divorce with minor children
